What Makes Our Emails Different
We built DUPGS because the existing PG discovery ecosystem is broken — Facebook groups full of spam, WhatsApp forwards with outdated prices, and classifieds with blurry photos. Our newsletter reflects the same values:

Counselling Season Alert
When DU counselling dates are announced, we send a breakdown of which areas will see the most demand, what prices look like post-counselling, and which PGs are still available near popular colleges.
New Semester Prep
January means a new batch of students joining mid-year (some DU colleges have spot admissions). We send an updated list of available PGs and any changes in the market since August.
New Area Additions
Whenever we add a new area page to DUPGS — say coverage for a locality near Lady Shri Ram College or the off-campus South Delhi colleges — subscribers get early notice before the pages index on Google.
